All volunteers, 18 years or older, who have access to youth or vulnerable adults, are required to complete an online Virtus Protecting God’s Children training. You will need to create an account and register at www.virtus.orgOnline Virtus PGC Training Instructions

All volunteers must complete the four documents listed below. Your documentation can be dropped off at Prince of Peace Parish or mailed to Greg Anderson, Business Manager,  Prince of Peace Parish, 1110 Dykstra Road, N Muskegon, MI 49445. You may contact Greg Anderson at ganderson@princeofpeacenm.org. Parish office hours are 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. And Friday 9:00 am-12:30 pm.

Authorization for Criminal/Driving Background Check

Special note: All volunteers who have lived outside the state of Michigan are required to have a national criminal and/or driving background check. Christine Castano, Director of Safe Environment for the Catholic Diocese of Grand Rapids, conducts all national background checks. Christine will send you two emails. The first email directs you to the Reference Services website. The second gives you a password to complete the online form. Please check the accuracy of all your information before submitting it.
