An introduction to Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
Parents have two choices for their child(ren)’s faith formation: CGS Face-to-Face or Catechesis Online. Regardless your formation choice, it’s important to register your children. Registration will ensure parents receive important REMIND notifications. The REMIND App instructions are below. CGS F2F has child size-limits. Catechesis Online has no size-limits and will start on October 5th.

The Diocese of Grand Rapids Covid19 guidelines are in phase 4. Parents need to complete a Covid19 Home Screening before attending CGS. No paperwork is required. Children must wear a mask in all common areas; such as the narthex, hallways and bathrooms. Bishop Walkowiak will determine when parish formation programs can move to phase 5 and then phase 6.
